PURCHASE
By paying an artwork, the Terms and Conditions are accepted within. By paying the online payment or paying the invoice for an artwork, the purchase is considered confirmed upon receipt of the amount. Shipping takes place afterwards.
VERSAND
Taking the work with you on site is only possible with confirmed online payment or Twint payment.
For works with prices over 1000 CHF, shipping is included within Europa, for cheaper works the postal shipping price will be added at a flat rate of 50.00.
Shipping takes place via Swiss Post Express, customs fees may be charged to the buyer.
Free shipping is ONLY CARRIED OUT WITHIN EUROPE.
Sale outside Europe: Artworks can only be paid for online (www.kressebuch.com/preislistezermatt) and must be taken or transported to the destiny in private process.
If a work is purchased outside of Europe, all shipping costs via FedEx and customs costs are at the expense of the buyer. These must be transferred in addition to the work payment before shipping.
LIABILITY / RETURNS
Purchased works are non-returnable and non-refundable. There is no exchange.
In the event of a damaged delivery, clean documentation in pictures must be provided immediately and the artist must be contacted immediately.
Reports of damaged shipments will no longer be accepted after more than 3 days after delivery.
Mounting, framing or other similar services are not included in the price and sale.
Deliveries may be delayed. The artist is not liable for delays. Acceptance of delivery is the full responsibility of the buyer.
The artist is not liable for any long-term damage, the Artworks are to be treated appropriately. UV radiation, heat and humidity can damage the works.
